What We Believe

This site is to educate pet owner, aid in behavior problems to try enabling owners to keep their animals.

We educate about the importance of spay/neuter and the facts of pet overpopulation. 4 Million dogs are destroyed in the US, every year. Many of them still puppies, many just born.Many others end up being abused and mistreated.

We promote adoptable animals in the central Texas area.

We shelter pull animals up for euthanasia that are in the "adoptable" class (Generally less then 1 year old and generally healthy as we do not want to spend tons of money on a single animal, while 10 others could be saved)  and after vetting them find good homes or foster homes.

We attempt to provide temporary solutions for owners in Emergencies

We offer information about dog behavior issues, low cost spay and neuter clinics and other useful information for the pet owner.

We want to offer the general population an opportunity to meet pit bulls and their mixes, to reshape public opinion and educate with facts. We are not stating all pit bulls are lambs, but want to show the TRUE face of the average pit bull

We fight bad legislation and shelters with "no adoption" policies for pit bulls and other breeds. We try to make shelters better places with staff that cares and actively tries to adopt out pets by all means available
